The project has been consolidated because of the rigorous analysis of the market and the understanding about the needs and opportunities within the tourism sector. FITUR has been the perfect setting to present our proposal and share an exciting project that will provide those who wish to go one step further in hotel management.
This year we have lived our first experience as a company in the great event of the annual tourism in Spain, FITUR, which, in addition, has beaten record of participation. The months prior to this appointment have been hard work to meet our own criteria of quality and excellence, in addition to being at the level that this event requires. Without a doubt, all the effort made by the entire team has been worthwhile and has been a step forward in the brand’s business strategy.
Our expansion plan was announced, of which we highlight the incorporation of several hotels in 2019, not only in the Canary Islands but also in the peninsula. So, we will close to five years view with 30 hotels.
We make a positive balance, both for the feedback from the sector and important contacts and ideas that have been generated in a tourism laboratory such as FITUR. The objective of updating and pooling our knowledge of the sector has been successfully achieved. We have carried out many meetings that brought us closer to a lot of professionals.
We had the opportunity to meet new proposals that we hope to integrate in all areas of our corporation to improving processes, but with the most important goal of all: to achieve the highest degree of satisfaction in our clients. We are excited and committed to also achieve this milestone and keep growing, as a brand and as professionals of tourism experiences, our passion.
